It can be used like fresh truffles, near the end of preparation, to enrich 
the taste. Essential oil of black truffles and olive oil are entwined and characterized 
by rich flavour. We recommend its use with pasta, game meat, salads and vegetable 
side dishes. Great accompaniment to heavy red wine.
