Freeze drying is different from other dehydration methods because it allows 
flavors, aromas and nutritional content to remain 
UNCHANGED. Freeze-dried truffles can be 
rehydrated and ready to use. 
Take some freeze-dried truffles from the jar (as 
many as you like). 
Place in a pot. 
Pour 0.05 l of water over the freeze-dried truffles. 
Leave them in the water for one (1) minute. 
Arrange the truffles on top of the dish.
